Unlike many fulfillment companies, IBS made the decision to offer a complete package by bringing the cut and sew in house. This was done primarily to serve our fulfillment customers. We offer the identical cut and sew products to other mattress manufacturers. We offer quilted and non-quilted zipper covers with your own unique design. IBS has insured our supervisors and sewers have years of experience in the cut and sew arena. IBS has modern cutting tables, knives and sewing equipment to insure consistency of finished products. Having this in house enables us to control quality, costs and on time delivery preventing the customer the headache associated with warehousing excess and aged inventory. IBS has established relationships with all the mattress ticking suppliers, which allows us to offer a variety of fabrics for you to choose from. We can work from our customers designs or offer our own. Our design team can collaborate with your staff and come up with some very unique concepts that will give your company an edge in the marketplace.
