Innovative Bedding Solutions was started in 2011. The vision behind Innovative Bedding Solutions was to serve the West Coast market as a supplier of mattress ticking and quilted products. In 2013 IBS expanded to cover mattress fulfillment, cut and sew production and latex foam distribution. From a 10,000 foot facility in the early days of IBS, the company has expanded to 85,000 feet. Today IBS has capacity to produce 500+ mattresses per day. IBS’s sister company Abad Foam is the largest and the most efficient foam fabricator in the Western United States. The same business model of efficiency has been used in building IBS’s production facility. IBS has the most modern and productive equipment available today including state of the art foam cutting, roll lamination and roll packing equipment. IBS is working with some of the largest and most successful online and brick and mortar retailers in the country. IBS has the capabilities to serve small, medium and large customers. IBS can do full third party fulfillment direct to your customer. IBS offers our customers a design team with more than 100 years of combined experience in designing your unique product.
